Travel and Lodging Airport, venue, hotels and what to bring
Three things to handle before you travel.
1. You must bring your own mannequin stand. This is the one thing we cannot provide. Pack it in your checked luggage.
2. Apply for your UK ETA now. Details below. Do not leave this to the last minute.
3. Check your passport and make sure it is valid and not expiring soon.
Everything else is handled. All student materials are provided for use during class.
CLASS SCHEDULE
December 6 to 7, 2026. Two full days of advanced, hands-on Mesh Integration training. Times are confirmed in your final details email. Only 28 seats.
CLASS LOCATION AND YOUR STAY
Cannizaro House, West Side Common, London SW19 4UE, United Kingdom. A Georgian country house on the edge of Wimbledon Common.
Your hotel is included in your purchase. You are staying right where we are training, so there is no commute and nothing to book. Flights are not included.
Lunch is provided both days. All student materials are provided. Bring your own mannequin stand. Food allergies or dietary restrictions? Please let us know in advance so we can take care of you.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Passport required, valid for your travel dates.
UK ETA: if you are travelling on a US, Canadian, Australian or EU passport you now need an approved Electronic Travel Authorisation before you can board your flight. No ETA, no boarding.
Cost is 20 pounds per person. Apply at gov.uk/eta or through the official UK ETA app. Most approvals come through within minutes, but allow up to 3 working days. It is valid for 2 years, so apply as soon as you read this.
British and Irish citizens do not need an ETA. Be careful of third party sites charging more than the government fee, use the official app or gov.uk only.
GETTING HERE
London Heathrow (LHR) is about 14 miles from Cannizaro House, 30 to 45 minutes by car. Fly into Heathrow if you can. It is the closest, it has the most direct flights from the US, and the drive to Wimbledon is simple.
Other options:
London Gatwick (LGW), about 1 hour by car, or train to Clapham Junction and connect to Wimbledon.
London City (LCY), mostly European routes, about 1 hour.
Luton (LTN) or Stansted (STN), budget carriers, 1.5 to 2 hours away.
From Heathrow, a taxi or Uber runs about 35 to 45 minutes. By Tube, take the Piccadilly line to Hammersmith, the District line to Wimbledon, then a 5 minute cab up the hill. Cannizaro House sits about a mile from the station.
Arrive a day early. London is 5 hours ahead of New York and 8 hours ahead of Los Angeles. Give yourself a day to land, sleep and shake off the jet lag before we start.

WHAT TO BRING
Your own mannequin stand. December in London is cold and damp, with highs around 48F or 9C, nights near 40F or 4C, and dark by 4 PM, so bring a warm coat, an umbrella and comfortable waterproof shoes.
UK outlets are Type G, 240V. Bring an adapter and check that your hot tools are dual voltage before you pack them.
Currency is British pounds. Contactless cards and Apple Pay work almost everywhere, so you barely need cash.
GOOD TO KNOW
Wimbledon Village is right up the road, with shops, cafes and pubs within a short walk. Uber, Bolt and black cabs all run in Wimbledon, and the District line takes you straight into central London if you are staying extra days.
Bring your energy, curiosity and excitement. Everything else is taken care of.
Questions About This Class
Do I need to be a licensed stylist to attend?
Yes. Elevate training is for licensed cosmetologists and stylists. Prior extension experience helps but is not required.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments is offered at checkout on every class, so you can split the cost rather than paying in full up front.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds, transfers, credits or class date changes. Any remaining balance must be paid in full no later than four weeks before class.
Is travel or lodging included?
Travel and flights are not included. Lodging is not included unless the class says otherwise, and the London experience is the exception because your stay at Cannizaro House is part of the price. Airport, venue and hotel details for your date are in the Travel and Lodging section on this page.
What if the date I want is sold out?
