When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed for in stock product will be packed and shipped within 2 business days. Excluding weekends and Holidays.  Custom orders require 3-4 week processing prior to shipping.

Next Day Pickup - LOCALS ONLY

Are you local and want to pick up your order from Kelly Maxwell Salon? Add "Local Pickup" to your order notes and we'll refund shipping once you pick up your order. Orders will be ready for pickup the next day. Orders can be picked up at Kelly Maxwell Salon Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm (eastern time)

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, we offer overnight shipping. All overnight orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped out that day. Excluding weekends and Holidays. 

Which days do you ship?

We only ship Monday through Friday.  We do not ship on weekends. 

Do you cover international shipping duties and taxes?

No, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or VAT, depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Duties, taxes, and VAT are assessed by the destination country’s customs authority and are typically collected upon delivery.

Kelly Maxwell Hair Extensions does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information prior to placing an order.

Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a shipping refund.
