Refund policy

• We do not offer any exchanges.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Hair must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and binding intact.
• Any hair that has been tampered with cannot be returned or refunded.
• Custom orders are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
• Kelly Maxwell Hair Extensions does not refund or replace any hair that experiences discoloration due to sunscreen or water activities. It is the responsibility of the stylist to educate their clients using our Care Guidelines.
• You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
