Mesh Integration Training: What You Actually Learn in the Elevate Class

I get asked every week what my Elevate Mesh Integration Class actually covers. Here is the full breakdown of what happens in the three days, what you leave with, and who should enroll.

Who This Class Is For

The Elevate Mesh Integration Class is designed for licensed cosmetologists with at least six months of hand-tied or beaded extension experience who want to add mesh and meshless integration to their salon services. It is not a beginner extension class. If you have never installed a weft before, learn extensions first, then come to Elevate.

Day One: Meshless Integration

The first day focuses on meshless integration techniques for clients with early-stage hair loss (roughly 20 to 30 percent loss). You learn consultation for early-thinning clients, section mapping for beaded row installs on thinning hair, weft attachment adjustments for reduced anchor density, and aftercare protocols specific to this level of loss. You work on a mannequin head, then observe live demonstration.

Day Two: Full Mesh Integration

Day two moves into full mesh integration for moderate to advanced hair loss (30 percent and higher). You learn foundation construction on the mannequin, mesh attachment techniques, weft integration into the mesh, and closure placement for coverage areas. You complete a full mesh integration install on your mannequin under supervision.

Day Three: Business, Consultation, and Client Care

The third day covers the business side. Pricing framework, consultation protocol for hair loss clients, marketing this service, referral network building with dermatologists and support groups, insurance documentation for medical hair loss clients, and long-term client care through maintenance and rebuilds.

What You Take Home

A full starter kit including foundation materials, wefts, closures, mesh, mannequin head, and tool kit. A written consultation and pricing framework. Access to the Elevate community of past students for ongoing questions and support. My personal contact for shade matching and troubleshooting after class.

The Certification Path

You do not leave the class fully certified. Certification requires additional work at home on mannequin heads and documented practice installs. Most students achieve full certification within 3 to 6 months of finishing the class.

What You Do Not Get

The class is not a substitute for state cosmetology licensing, dermatology referral training, or trichology certification. If you want to specialize deeply in medical hair loss, additional training beyond Elevate is worth pursuing.
